Offensive Coordinator Names to Watch
A “Hot Board” of sorts, including names from within and outside the program. With plenty of options, which direction will OU go?
The Sooners suffered a tough loss to Oklahoma State. Oklahoma was beating Oklahoma State by 6 at halftime before the Cowboys played out of their mind in the second half. The second half was a mix of fantastic basketball by Oklahoma State and very poor basketball on the other end. To keep it short, the second half was absolutely embarrassing for Oklahoma. Grant Sherfield had 15 points in the first half, and 0 in the second. Your best player with 0 in the second half is not a recipe for success. When teams key in on Sherfield defensively, someone else has to step up and that did not happen tonight. Jacob Groves finished with 10 points on the night. Milos Uzan and Jalen Hill had 8. The Sooners have to get it together quickly. Oklahoma now gets to turn around and play Baylor at home on Saturday. Oklahoma has Baylor, then TCU, and then red-hot Alabama. The Sooners must find a way to win at least one, preferably two.

OU escapes Provo with a victory over BYU as the Sooner offense is able to move the ball by picking up chunk plays but the defense leaves much to be desired.
